hi Ivo, I watch your videos regularly. also like your recipe videos. I fish regularly around Long Island and camp near Montauk often. our catch includes stripers, blues, weaks, sea bass, fluke (love the viper spoon and t turn combo) and porgies. if you have recipes/techniques for cooking at the camp site would you please share them.
