    The uni knot is a great knot, but I wouldn’t use it to tie fly line to a tapper leader line. Instead, use the “nail knot”.

    Here’s an example, http://www.killroys.com/knots/nail.htm which will not only show you the details, but explains the process as well.

  3. I have been using the uni knot for about two years now. It sure beats fumbling around tying a blood knot.Your demonstration is the best I’ve seen so far. Keep up the great work, also you TV show is excellent. That’s how I found out about the T Turn swivels.
