Great Video. We have always enjoyed Northern Fillets and used a slightly different method that would salvage the strip inside the Y bone. I will try this method next time as it seems faster with little waste.

I just watched the video on cleaning Pike. I hardly ever save them because I have not been able to get the bones out. NOW I know, and it looks so easy. Can’t wait to catch another pike so I can try it. Thanks for the great info. Oh and thanks for the nice 3 way swivels, I have not received them yet but probably soon. Nels Larsen Midland, MI
