For fishing line, we’re running braided line with a fluorocarbon leader. The braided line is ideal for jigging - it has almost no stretch and can really help you feel every hit and set the hook. This is important specifically while jigging, and it’s also important to note that braided fishing line is not always the best in ever scenario!

We’re drifting along with the wind and this nice active chop, and casting out to fan through the area along the side of boat to cover a large area of water as jig up those sea bass.

It was such a perfect day, that my first cast landed me a double-header! We hammered the sea bass today, even pulling in multiple double headers at the same time!

Until next time, good luck and good fishin’!
